Plumbing
The common practice in many standard home constructions is to do much of the brickwork and then break through walls to install plumbing. This is not a cost effective method in our experience.
With us we use pre-fabricated plumbing as a standard practice in all our home construction works. This simply means that our plumbers install prefabricated plumbings, sanitary fittings and piping frames are added to the structure while the brickwork are in progress. This helps us minimize costs and deliver faster home construction. The benefits are great:
- over 60% of construction time is saved
- Labour on site is minimized as prefabrication and pressure testing can be done offsite
- brick work is done around the installed plumbing frames minimizing rubble and material waste.
- Everything looks better, cleaner and works perfectly as planned.
